New docs/nixos-install.md covering:

  • NixOS Anywhere evaluation — why it's not a fit for our multiboot setup (disko destructive, shared /boot conflict, kexec on ARM)
  • DTB clarification — same rk3566 DTB works across all OSes
  • Three NixOS-specific wrinkles — kernel/initrd in Nix store, boot generation, bootloader management
  • Install approach — pre-build on another machine, extract artifacts, copy via SD to eMMC p4
  • extlinux.conf entry and ongoing kernel update process
