chore(release): add AUTHOR_MAP entries for compression-routing salvage

Map the two contributor emails whose commits are cherry-picked into the
compression-routing-integrity salvage so scripts/contributor_audit.py
attributes them at release time:

- jvsantos.cunha@gmail.com -> plcunha (PR #55300)
- jakepresent1@gmail.com   -> jakepresent (PR #55721)

r266-tech (PR #50517) is already mapped.
