Adds assets/orange-pi-3b-component-diagram.png — a component diagram for the Orange Pi 3B SBC used in the K501U build.

Force-added to override the .gitignore pattern for images. If we want to keep tracking similar assets in the future, consider adding an exception like !/assets/*.png to .gitignore.
